Women permitted to leave house unlike Taliban in Afghanistan. Canadian Imam Aasim Rashid has given Muslim men permission to give their females permission to leave the house. This is because Females need to leave the house to run errands. Imam Rashid has also given restricted permission for females to expose their face and hands in public.

Next level of hijab is a woman needs to leave the house. That’s going to happen. She has needs. It could be a worldly need going to buy something a religious need like going to the mosque. How should she come out? That brings us to the next level of hijab. When she comes out she should conceal herself entirely. Her whole body except for her face and her hands must be covered. The face is not something that must always be covered.
Conclusion
We learn that the Islam practiced by the Taliban can seem to be similar to the teachings of Canadian Imams; some will conclude there can seemingly be differences.
